Talked mostly through insta but replacement process went smoothly and he even threw in a bunch of goodies! Would definitely do business again

first off mad respect to them, good stuff ngl but the new quarts are light, I broke my V slide Slurper with Q-tip clean, popped off clean. not sure if I’d be able to get a replacement for it since it happened also to my normal tower Slurper. I really hope they improve that so I can order more Slurper. Really bumped out that I only had the V slide Slurper for one day one night & it broke off clean cut. even took it to a glass blower here in Humboldt & they said that it would definitely be a manufacturer issue, other then that great quarts & amazing team behind this. really appreciate yall & looking forward to ordering more quarts!
