I made the wrong review on the wrong product the tower broke not the cap, it was alright while it lasted

Zen tower touched down today and the quality of the glass for the price point was a pleasant surprise. Awesome heat retention, works well with almost any pillar insert, only wish the bottom dish was slightly bigger
Heat retention is cool, but its so hard to find a pillar that will climb the walls & be controllable. BMS RBR user here. It just doesn't function how I was hoping it would. Holds heat for a really long time tho
[UPDATE] got a hold of the customer, was able to get them sorted.
Sorry your experience wasn't what you expected, we're gonna reach out and make sure it wasn't a Q/A issue with airflow!

It was good, got about 2 uses in before i broke it. Would maybe buy again.
