I received a tan, 3D printed drying rack without the rack. There was still the center spike to put my slurper in, so it still functioned okay, but it was missing the rack from the picture and didn’t seem to have been quality controlled. It also leaves marks/smudges on my slurper, which is why I had to stop using it. I also got a few dab tool holders and one of them came with a stain/mark on it. They did throw in an extra stand so it kinda evened out, but again I have to question the qc process. I ended up just getting a headyblok on Etsy which has worked much better for me as an all in one banger/cap/tool stand while also looking aesthetically pleasing. I’m not ruling out om quartz completely as some of their other accessories look interesting, but I was definitely left disappointed.
Hey Austin - appreciate the honest review! The filament used for those stands was the Wood-infused filaments, and while we haven't had smudging issues, it is possible people are using it differently than we are in-house.
The 'without the rack' I assume you refer to is referring to the Product image, which admittedly is an old version of the product. The new version you have prevents from unnecessary touch points and works a lot smoother than old models. We should definitely update that.
Headyblok is a great maker, glad to see them get supported. Will need to look into smudges issue as that has not been reported before.
